I used their website to prepay for parking for an event in Las Vegas. However, I later discovered that the venue was not charging for parking that night. I paid $30.00 for what hundreds of others got for free. I tried to contact their customer service but was told they don't offer refunds and aren't responsible for decisions of the venue. I find it highly unethical that they steal money from customers to provide a service that's not necessary. Going forward I'll chance it and if the venue charges just pay there.

waardeloos, gebruik de app al meer dan een jaar niet dacht dat ik alles verwijderd had maar parkeerde in Zandvoort op het parkeerterrein en had met kaartje betaald en toen werd mijn kenteken gelezen en kreeg ik nog eens de rekening van parkmobile. Wordt van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd en moet nu maar vlgns parkmobile mijn geld van mijn kaartje terugvragen bij gemeente Zandvoort want parkmobile is geen land mee te bezeilen. Wat een oplichters

This app is a scam and resulted in me getting a ticket. The company did nothing to help. I’ve deleted the app and you should too.

If I could give this company a NEGATIVE 10 stars, I would!!! In hopes of getting a better response from the app that was not working, I signed up for the business account. I was charged a "subscription fee" of $41.76 AND a monthly fee of $35.96 ON TOP OF THE PARKING FEES!!!! FOR WHAT??? Parking on the same street as everyone else?? There is NO benefits to signing up for the "Business Account" or any other account with this company that KNOWS NOTHING OF GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Scanned label on meter thinking parking spot Identifier is unique. Big mistake. I m 1st time user. The sun was so bright I couldn't really see cell screen. Completed purchase and then soon discovered parking spot registered in a different city and state. Called customer service, on hold for 17 minutes. They could not change location. We just sent 4 people around the moon and this company could not change parking location. Another dumb ass company.

ParkMobile is a very incompetent company. Their technology is antiquated and their customer service is horrible as they are unreachable. This time every year I attempt to purchase a Season Parking Pass for the football season of my favorite university. Every year the system shows error messages, says they don't accept American Express (which they do) and it is impossible to complete the purchase. Every year I call their customer service line and every year I hang up after 30 minutes on hold.
