I paid for a parking, and arrived there and my pass didn't work. I had to pay a second time! Then I contacted them for a refund, it took 3 weeks to hear from them that they won't give me a refund. No way anyone should ever use this!!! Their competitors (like parkwiz or spothero) are far better!¡!!

I went to park it told me after I put all my information in that I needed to update my credit card. So I did and paid. come to find out not my license plate number, not my parking spot. It reverted back to a different car and a different location, and park mobile says there's nothing they could do about it. Sorry, you just have to be out the money.

This was my first experience with ParkMobile. I made the reservation, paid and received the barcode. When I got to the assigned parking lot, it was closed due to construction. I eventually found alternative parking and paid cash (which was at a cost more that the original payment). I called ParkMobile the next day for a refund and they refused without a receipt for the alternate parking (which I did not have as it was a cash payment). Would not use ParkMobile again.

They allowed fraudulent charges to ly credit card for someone else's parking and noone will answer the customer service phone number.

The email confirmation said Zone 94010, but the SMS alert said Zone 71894010. The zone numbers and street signs don't match, creating terrible confusion and anxiety about getting unjust parking tickets. Extremely bad and frustrating UX.

Don't pay these fees. They are suddenly charging fees for non-use. No prior notice of this. Nothing on their website about this. No one is picking up on the "Customer Service" line, so instead will cancel all these bogus charges through my credit card company. Please do so also.

BEWARE. Horrible product. Be careful to not sign up for the Park Mobile Pro. You may not even be aware that you did it and then you're stuck with it. The only way to cancel is to call and you will likely be on hold 40min to an hour, if you're lucky. I had to hang up at least twice before I finally got in. The membership does not seem to add any value and they charge you the monthly fee by number of vehicles on file. So, if you rent a car, you will be charged each month unless you remove it from the account. I want to avoid using ParkMobile going forward and I recommend you do too.

Parkmobile sold me a parking pass that didn't work; the pass wouldn't scan at the garage, and they said that's my problem and kept my money. It's a great scam, but it's a terrible service. Don't risk it.
