Scam. Its a middle man - so if there is a problem, there is no one to complain to. I once used it to pay for prepaid parking - the lot was padlocked off when i got there! Also, mistyped my rental car license plate number - got a ticket. No way to argue this - the town said it was between me and parkmobile. and parkmobile has no one to talk to.

Lange tijd redelijk tevreden klant geweest tot vandaag. Ik heb 10 min geparkeerd met de app en bij terugkomst bij de auto wilde ik de parkeer actie stoppen. Het scherm gaf aan dat ik de actie niet gestart had. Dus weggereden met de hoop dat er niet net een controle was geweest. 2 uur later kwam ik erachter dat de parkeer actie nog steeds liep. Alsnog gestopt maar wel €9 armer. Contact opgenomen met Parkmobile en die zijn nagegaan wat er in de app is gebeurd. Volgens de app had ik me aangemeld en zijn de parkeer kosten dus terecht. Dat dit niet strookt met mijn ervaring in de praktijk doet er niet toe. Die boodschap wordt niet gehoord. Onbetrouwbare app dus. Ik heb meteen opgezegd.

Trap er maar niet in. wat een oplichtersbende. Ze bieden Zwolle nabij het station aan en als je dan een abonnement afsluit dan is er ineens geen mogelijkheid in Zwolle. Wel even het abonnementsgeld van 1 maand verplichten te betalen.

Their customer service is horrible. I arrived at a Sports Complex, and there were park mobile signs all over the place. I followed the instructions and paid. Then the facility announced there was no parking fees that day, so I immediately contacted ParkMobile support through their app. They refused to refund so I have had to contact PayPal, file a dispute and jump through hoops... a lot of extra hassle to get the refund that is due to me. They could have just done the right thing but instead, their chat person just pasted bull replies and then ended my chat. They Could Not Care Less!
