The order took more than a month with no communication from the company or the website. You really need a phone number to talk to a person.

I preordered a bag that took over a year to actually be delivered. I’m not sure I would order again.

The bag is great quality, but is overshadowed by the fact that it took such a long time to arrive. Over a year! And there wasn't a lot of communication in between. I had to check the website for general information every couple of months to see a status update.

I got the Master Gracey's Mailbox purse. The bag itself is gorgeous and high-quality and I love it. However, I ordered the bag in April 2023 for an expected June 2023 arrival, and did not receive the bag until May 2024. ParkCandy was very transparent about their issues, but this was very frustrating.

The llama bag is beautiful. No complaints aboit the product its well made and as advertised. Only complaint was that it took longer to ship then expected. Customer service was always friendly and helpful when I checked up on it.

The item took a year to arrive. My inquiries were ignored. My request for a refund was ignored. The bag is nice, but customer service and turnaround are terrjble.

I ordered something a year ago, it said pre-order but said it would ship the following month. Never got a status update, website didn't have any details, basically forgot about it so long that it was too late to dispute the charge. Totally assumed I got scammed. Got an email last week saying my item was shipped... Still haven't gotten it so I don't really believe it yet but regardless, I would never ever order from here again.
