Outstanding service and price. Easy to find, shuttles run on demand. My battery was dead and my driver Mark, went to get a battery charger and stayed with me until my car was running. Above and beyond.

Fist I reserve from Saturday August 28 at 11 AM returning Sunday August 30 at 11 AM. Two days and I was charter for three days. Second the person in front of the line unloaded the car they were a lot of people in the car and in the mean time the guy took 15 minutes charging the lady. I told him that was a lot of waiting and he told me shut up I told him don’t be disrespectful. He told me to park at line 4,5 or 6 an the girl that was behaving me park kn line 3 because he told her. Very bad experience with the person at the check in. The driver was nice.

I think this location needs some retraining. Each time when I arrive there is no parking attendant available this causes a delay waiting on the driver/ attendant to return then get you and anyone else waiting for trip to airport checked in. Secondly when returning from my trip I called to get a ride back to their location and the attendant was extremely rude. He told me that the only way I can get a ride back was to hang up from him and use the app. After I explained to him that the app was not working right for me he continued to refuse to send the shuttle to pick me up. This is a freaking ridiculous process. I paid my hard earned money to park there and then he refuses to send shuttle back to get me!! I was so livid I swore to never use this location again. I started using them when my old park and fly location off Old Griffin Rd when under construction but now it looks like it won't be coming back. They just lost a customer!!

When we returned from our cruise on Jan 4, 2026, nobody answered the phone for pickup. After trying for more than an hour, we had to get an Uber to take us to the lot. When we got there, it was unattended and the gate was closed. I could see my truck behind the fence. Luckily, I tried the gate and it was open! I went in the building (more like a shed) and found it empty except for a few plastic bins on the floor containing all the keys for the vehicles still in the lot. I found my key and left. Anyone could have come into the lot and taken whatever vehicle they wanted!

Our long haul flight arrived in Ft. Lauderdale after midnight. After being delivered to our car at Park By The Ports, we found that our car battery was dead. The young man on duty who had driven us from the airport to the carpark was kind enough to jump start our car and get us on our way. Had he not helped us, we would have had to wait an undertermined amount of time for AAA to arrive. Being confident that our car was safe, we never worried about our car while we were gone. And, we are so very grateful to the young man who helped us get back on the road after such a long day.

Park by the Ports saved the day and my holiday travels. Easy to make a reservation at a reasonable price. Customer serviceis outstanding!! Was booked with another company who failed to even let us know they weren't picking up at that location anymore. Although refund was issued from other company, I and my family were stranded in FLL with no place to park for an extended time. Instructions on what to do when returning to the country was also clear! Was able to book the night before, and drivers to and from the airport were pleasant, helpful and professional. Definitely our only choice when parking in FLL!

Great location, competitive pricing and quality service with one exception; they do not provide a handicap parking area. They picked us up at our parking location but no return; had to make a long, strenuous walk while the driver cooled his heels under the canopy. Oct 24, 2024 thru Nov 3, 2024
