I think this location needs some retraining. Each time when I arrive there is no parking attendant available this causes a delay waiting on the driver/ attendant to return then get you and anyone else waiting for trip to airport checked in. Secondly when returning from my trip I called to get a ride back to their location and the attendant was extremely rude. He told me that the only way I can get a ride back was to hang up from him and use the app. After I explained to him that the app was not working right for me he continued to refuse to send the shuttle to pick me up. This is a freaking ridiculous process. I paid my hard earned money to park there and then he refuses to send shuttle back to get me!! I was so livid I swore to never use this location again. I started using them when my old park and fly location off Old Griffin Rd when under construction but now it looks like it won't be coming back. They just lost a customer!!

We got out of the Port Everglades cruise terminal at about 9:55 Sunday morning. I saw many pick-up vans from other companies at the curb but none from Park By The Ports. I called their number and reached a recording that said to press 2 for cruise line pickups. That transferred me to another recording that said something to the effect that that selection was not valid. I called again, made a different selection and finally reached a human being, who told me I was standing at the wrong place and that I should “walk all the way down to the right” and look for a black van. My traveling companion and I did as instructed, but no black van was found. After about 10 minutes, I went back to where we started and saw a WHITE Park By The Ports van loading passengers. The driver told me that his van was full but another one we be coming in 10-15 minutes. We schlepped our bags to that location and finally boarded a van. The entire waiting process took about an hour. During that time, I saw many, many other van services picking up people. In my opinion, Park By The Ports is disorganized and very slow. I would not use that company again.

Shuttle was supposed to run every 20 minutes. After 25 minutes of waiting we started calling for assistance. No one answered the phone the first 2 times. Finally someone got on the phone and said they would call the driver. It took another 25 minutes for the driver to arrive and he was in a van that was insufficient in size to pick up everyone waiting after our cruise. We ended up taking Uber back to pick up our car. Very unimpressed with this operation. During our wait we saw at least 6-7 Park n' Go shuttles come and go. That's who we will use next time when cruising out of Ft. Lauderdale.

If you're looking to work at park by the ports It's A Fine Place overall but Beware of the general manager Joanna that's not even her real name and she is spiteful underhanded and Sligh and you have to be very careful what you say to her and don't ever put your hand in your pocket because she thinks you're stealing from the company there are other factors involved even if you like the owners which I did I have to say the general manager is the poorest trained unsuitable general manager I have ever worked for

Not well marked lot especially whrn something else is going on in the area. Ripped my companions brand new suitcase loading into trailer. Pick up however was ridiculous, first they tell you to get of the ship early and as they should know one has no control over departure time. We got off our ship at 9am to be told we had just missed the shuttle. After more than 45 minutes and 2 phone calls to an very unplesant receptionist we finally had a shuttle arrive. We stood in the same place at the shuttle area near the curb with our orange stickers. With the sheriff directing traffic looking out for the shuttle also, especially since we were told one had come through and had not seen us anywhere. Not sure we will use again.

Service was OK. When I call to make the reservation, I inquire about fixing the paint in my front bumper while I was away and the guy said they'll look at it when I get there. However when I get there, the guy said this is not an autoshop and I should call to make appointment couple days before. OK .. No problem.. I'm here to park my car anyway. The unacceptable part is when I got back from my vacation, I found my car very dirty. They sprayed a number on my windshield with green paint that splattered all over my black jaguar. Not only the windshield but all over the front hood. After 2 carwash, I still hasn't got everything removed. It's very annoying. Never again. I would rather park in airport economy parking like usual.

Flight was for 7am, got to the parking lot with 30 minutes to spare which was a good thing. No one was there when we arrived, in spite of the fact that we made reservations. It took 20 minutes or so just to get us to a shuttle, after scrambling to get 3 parties setup. Very unorganized. I also didn't care for the parking since it looks to be a body/auto shop of some kind and although gated, not sure I felt it was safe. Pick up from the airport also took a little longer (20+ min) even though we called ahead. I would look for alternatives.

We are dismissed on the cruise ship by cabin/floor. My dismissal time was 10:15 and while the ship was trying to disembark 5000 people, it takes time. When we finally got thru customs and got our baggage, we waited 1-1/2 hours for a KSA van to pick us up. One marked bus came in to unload but the Port Authority would not let us go over and said that the bus would be back around to pick us up. After three phone calls and a testy operator we finally grabbed a Marriott/KSA bus and they called for a transfer. I would not use them again. Park N Go was closer and their vans were in the drop area 6 to 1 over everyone else.
