WePark InMiamiReviews of weparkinmiami.com

Unacceptable return! The online booking process was easy and convenient. The shuttle service from the parking lot to the cruise terminal went as planned and timely. The return process was completely unacceptable! I went to the website and completed the pickup process. It states pickup can take up to 45 minutes, which, for the size of the terminal and the number of people, is understandable. What is not acceptable is waiting 2 hours and still being 3rd in their queue. The 9 people in our party had to take 2 Ubers and spend an additional $65. to travel 10 minutes to the parking lot to retrieve our cars. After arriving, I asked the assistant how many shuttles they were running, and he said 5. After scanning the lot and seeing 4 of their shuttles sitting there and only one being loaded, really answered my question.

The experience was great .

Unorganized and direction not clear, call multiple times no answer , if your in a rush don’t used them, shuttle services sucks!

The booking was very confusing. The self up was even more confusing . The guy wasn't very helpful. The wait was really long. We decided to just uber back.

Everything was great , but the waiting time for the van at the port was too long, specially now that it’s getting really hot Other than that great service , location etc

We always receive (5) Star Service

Every time I park here I feel like I’m parking at the home of a relative or close friend.

The shuttle service was horrible. The drop off to the port needs to be better. We were never picked up from the port. We had to get an Uber. We will NEVER use this company again. And we will let everyone that will listen to steer clear of your company.
