Avoid this company at all costs! Don’t be fooled by social media influencers showing off the free bags they received. The products you actually receive are low-quality and misrepresented—you’ll get something that looks different than the photos or descriptions. To make matters worse, they’ll charge you for return shipping, add a restocking fee despite it being their error, and provide the worst customer service imaginable. Save yourself the frustration and choose a reputable brand that stands behind its products.

J'ai commandé un 2 sacs il y a quelques temps, je n'ai rien à redire sur la qualité des sacs qui sont très bien ainsi que leur service client qui sont très réactif. Nous sommes aujourd'hui le 14 février, j'ai repéré un sac il y une quinzaine de jours que je voulais commandé qui était à 467 euros en raison de la Saint Valentin il est actuellement à 531 euros au lieu de 467 ce que je trouve vraiment scandaleux !!! Il n'y a pas plus anti commercial comme comportement et c'est véritablement prendre les gens pour des pigeons ! Du coup je n'ai plus du tout envie de faire des achats sur ce site, j'irai voir ailleurs ou les prix ne jouent pas au yoyo !!!

The bag arrived yesterday and it’s absolutely gorgeous! The burgundy color is stunning and leather smells like real leather. Craftsmanship and the leather quality is exceptional! They also include a free gift “charmed knitted scarf” which is so soft and pretty, and I absolutely love it. It arrived when they said it would, super fast. I will definitely buy another purse from Parisa Wang!

Great experience with Parisa Wang. The bag wasn't quite what I was looking as I bought the white Madison Too handle the bag smelled of chemicals. I returned it from Aus to the US and the customer service was 10/10 and very responsive. Too bad the bag want what I was looking for.

The bag has just arrived and its adorable,i love it.The quality is exceptional.I have lots of bags from all different companies but this one could be my favorite.It arrived when they said it would which is no mean feat at this time of the year,i followed it on Yodel app.

The bag I received is great and I am very happy with it (Parisian grey Madison Top Handle Bag). To be honest, I did not know what to expect after reading some bad reviews here and regretted I had ordered. It was too late to cancel the order and I was confident that I would be returning the bag at any cost. To my surprise, the bag was perfect and stays with me. Perhaps I should have read all the information on the company's website about the bag's origin and ordered in a more informative way, however, the quality and design is fantastic and as described.

My wife ordered a bag which took ages to arrive. When it did arrive the day before yesterday she opened it and found it was faulty. She has returned the bag today using Royal Mail (£29) and has been told they will not refund her postage costs from the UK to the US - even though the bag is faulty. This is outrageous. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Shipping to Australia Had no issues. Pw updated me with shipment notices. Bought Phoebe medium and small. One was shipped using DHL and it arrived in 7 days. DHL tracking is excellent. The second shipped 2 days later with nextsmart/imile and that arrived 13 days from order date. Updates not regular but tracking was adequate. Website issue-sale bag was updated in cart and reverted to non sale price. Could be bad luck that they decided that cream wasn’t on sale and changed it back to full price as I went to checkout. Changed order to the black bag (sale) instead. Phoebe bags Beautiful and well made pebbled leather bags. Happy with purchase and shipping.
