Regarding your return, we'd like to clarify that returned items typically undergo inspection within 5–7 business days after delivery, although this may take longer depending on the volume of returns awaiting inspection. Once the inspection is completed and the return is approved, the refund is processed according to the applicable return policy and original payment method. Refunds to the original payment method may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your bank account. If the original purchase was made using store credit or a gift card, the refund will be issued through the corresponding method instead. After reviewing your return details, we can confirm that your returned item was received on October 12 and successfully passed inspection on October 19. Your refund was subsequently processed, and we kindly ask that you allow a few additional business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. Upon review, we can confirm that the original order was placed with an incorrect shipping address. While you reached out to update it, the package had already been processed and was in transit, so we were unable to make changes at that point. To help resolve the situation, we arranged a replacement order as a one-time courtesy and shipped it to the corrected address you provided.
