Parisa WangReviews of parisawang.com

Here is my experience. First I order bag. Then I read Trustpilot. And I was shocked by reviews and slightly disappointed by it, thinking I will never recieved my order or at least have a problem by contacting seller. I decided to contact seller to see if seller is so bad with buyers. But they answered me on every single mail, they were very polite and do everything to prove that everything is fine with my delivery! Bag came very guickly, delivery was fast, package perfect and bag is magnificient ! Quality is excellent, it looks so luxorious! I have nothing to say but 5 stars. I am glad that I ordered from Parisa Wang and I will do it again. Thanks Parisa !

Discovering Parisa Wang handbags has been a game-changer for me. Its remarkable quality and durability, especially considering its price, exceeded my expectations. What's more, the inclusion of a one-year warranty speaks volumes about the manufacturer's confidence in their product. Not only is it a smart investment in terms of longevity, but its stylish design adds an extra layer of versatility. Whether it's a casual outing or a formal event, this accessory effortlessly complements any occasion. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a reliable, fashionable piece that stands the test of time.

It is my first purchase from Parisa Wang and I thoroughly love the Carrie medium size tote! It's such a beautiful bag and the pictures don't fully convey how high quality this bag is - it's so sturdy and well constructed and, even though I've only been using it for about a month, both the leather and hardware don't seem to scratch very easily and are very high quality materials. I bought the brown and cream bag with a brown strap that goes with all my work outfits and I love its clean, minimalist lines. The only con is that I wish there were feet on the bottom of the bag to protect it because I once accidentally dragged it on the pavement but luckily there wasn't any damage. I wasn't looking to buy another bag but I love this one so much that I'm now planning to buy my next Parisa Wang bag!

Great qualities of bags! I own over 30 leather bags and the madison medium top handle in taupe is my current favorite. Fantastic quality! Hermes owners watched my bag. I got 4 bags. The one in lavender color is more grayish then shown on the picture but I got it on sale. Therefore it is ok. There is no odd smell nor anything wrong. Leather quality, hardware and design are great. I don't understand this bad reviews.

Got this for my wife - she adores the bag (Audrey Top Handle Bag, Beige variant) and carries it all the time. Got everything on time and the packaging was beautiful. Great experience overall.

Ordered a bag that showed it shipped, I have a confirmation number and tracking number. I feel like things are going great. The bag stopped tracking weeks ago so I contacted the company. They sent me the tracking number which I already had and basically stated the same thing that was on the UPS website. I contacted UPS and USPS because PW uses mail innovations which transfers the product from UPS to USPS (to save $) for final delivery but both UPS and USPS told me to refer back to the company stating that usually companies will refund and reship items that appear to be stuck and stop scanning and that the item's whereabouts is unknown at this time. I have emailed PW and now no one responds to my inquiries anymore. The bag sells for $375, it's not like it's a tiny budget item but it feels like regular customers are insignificant to them. I don't think they care to keep customers, I don't plan on ever purchasing from them again.

Very bad customer support! I ordered the bag and the wallet and they mixed up the wallet colour and leather and sent me the one I haven’t ordered. Now I can’t reach their support and waiting for response for days! What is more disgusting, they refuse to exchange the wallet to the one I ordered, however it is their fault! Never order here! You won’t be able to receive even what you want for your money!

Very bad expérience. I have placed an order during the black Friday and still have no news from them. I already sent two e-mails and they would not even bother replying. I thought it was a good brand as I bought it just after seing it on hello catwalk city channel but feels like you do not benefit from the same expérience when you are just a regular costumer
