I have placed an order on Nov 30, waited for a week and still no shipping confirmation. As I'm going away for vacation in a week and won't be able to collect my package, I tried to communicate with their customer service to get my order shipped in express or to prospone shipping date. Emailed them 3 times and still no response. I am really disappointed with them.

Ordered a Taupe Grace Medium BackPack. I am happy with the quality of the bag. It arrived (to Australia) 1 week after I placed an order online (courier is DHL) and 1 week is the regular delivery time. It is calf leather and looks the same as the photos online. The only thing I would like to comment is that whilst Parisa Wang bags don't compromise on leather used for the bag, the hardware, I am not sure if there are different grades, the front hardware with her logo is fine, the hardware on the back where the straps are attached, they feel different. I am not unhappy, but I thought I would share in case this may bother other buyers. But I do like the Parisa Wang designs, they looks sleek.
