Love the bag.

I bought the Gabrielle soft tote and have no complaints. The bag came in 10-14 days, leather is very nice, and I love the feet at the bottom. This bag is the same size as the LV neverfull but feels so much lighter because of the type of leather the company uses. I would definitely buy again if they release more colors like Navy or burgundy.

I love the bag I ordered. Top quality. Initially, there was a minor problem with the bag but their customer care was very responsive and sent me a replacement bag right away. I had sent photos, so they could see it was a genuine complaint. They didn't need me to return the first bag. My only criticism is that the shipping they use is very slow. I'm in the EU and I order online from the US regularly. I look forward to getting a lot of use out of my new bag. Thank you Parisa Wang!

I absolutely adore my Parisa Wang bag. Didn't have any issues ordering it and being delivered to the UK. All was smooth and definitely looking forward to buying myself another treat from PW

I got small Grace bag,Paris Wang, on Nov.21,I request a return on their portal.I asked for return label since that and still waiting for their email.No answer yet.The company doesn't have a phone number, what is very strange. Be aware !

Design is good but the shinny material makes it looks like plastic and cheap looking. Im very disappointed. Contemplated returning but I bought it on sale and didn’t know it was returnable and didn’t want to hassle of returning it.

So far loving my bags, they only get 4 stars though because like so many companies these days, loyalty and multiple purchases are not valued. Which is not very "luxury" for a brand positioning themselves as luxury. I bought 2 bags in less than 3 months, one of which was delivered very late, and still packaged, I requested to send it back and upgrade to the bigger size (so more money for them...not just in the bag but they would've won me in loyalty) it was a hard no, honestly, it put me off them...especially as they were so late in delivering it to me in the first place. If I am fair, the bags are good quality and well put together, hence why I was happy to keep buying, and would've continued to...but quality and service go hand in hand for me.

I purchased a Gabrielle 27 in brown suede and the bag is gorgeous! The leather is beautiful and scrumptious, the colour is rich and vibrant, the craftsmanship is beyond words for a bag of this price point. The bag looks cute and petite but it is spacious and fit so many things in it. I was so impressed with it that I purchased another bag, a Madison one week later. I can’t wait to receive my Madison in Parisian Grey. Well done and Kudos to the Parisawang team.
