Finding PACT has changed our lives. After the catastrophic estrangement of 2 adult children, we were confused, hurt and like boat without a sail. Months of deep mourning and no relief! I had tried counseling, zoom groups, support on-line without help. Then I found Catherine Hickem. Her clear message sounded like a light in the darkness. Starting this coaching has been stabilizing and taken out the wandering! We now see a path forward and although it’s no magic bullet to get our connection back with our adult kids, it sure is improving how we as their parents are showing up! Thank you Catherine for visioning this exceptional support. We realize we are in upper level class again and we are becoming the best people for ourselves and our community!

Since I’ve joined PACT I’ve been so impressed with this Program and the really important insights we learn about human behavior and more significantly, our behavior. Each webinar and module is so well done and if we are really open to curiosity and love and learning, a new world starts to open. I joined the PACT community in July during a very difficult season in my life. At the time, my son-in-law was slowly isolating my youngest daughter and their girls from the rest of our family, including her sisters. We have always been an extremely close-knit family, and suddenly weeks would pass without a phone call or text. My calls and messages often went unanswered. My other two daughters and I were deeply worried. Since then, not much has changed externally, although communication has become a little more open. What has changed dramatically is what has happened within me. Through PACT, I have learned how to pause before going down the rabbit hole of creating painful stories in my mind. I have shared what I have learned with other family members, and it has helped them as well. I am learning that I am not responsible for, nor am I in control of, my adult children. The community and modules have helped me let go of my fears and trust all three of my daughters to live their own lives and walk their own paths. I am also learning that not everything is about me. Each of my daughters has her own journey, and my role is to pause, love unconditionally, listen without judgment, remain authentic, and resist the urge to overreact by "writing the story." This community has changed every relationship and aspect of my life. I am more intentional with my words and actions. I am living from a place of peace instead of a constant state of anxiety, fear, and "what ifs." The greatest change has come from within me. Through that change, I can now see subtle shifts in our family dynamics, and those shifts have given me hope. There are truly no words to express how grateful I am that God laid it upon Catherine's heart to create this community. It has been a gift not only to me, but to my entire family.

II gave this program 5 stars because, I found this more valuable than the many counseling sessions I have had over the past few years. I am new to the program, and continue to become more familiar with navigating within the site to all the available programs and sessions created to gain knowledge and understanding of how to deal with my adult children. You can go at your own pace and this works for me.

I discussed the options available with a sales rep on Friday July 10. Made a tentative decision based on funding and further review of my notes and online information. Placed a $500 deposit on the program while possible funding with American Express was followed up. Rep said she would call me on Monday July 13. After review of my notes and more research, I decided that this program wasn’t a good fit for me. No call came on Monday, so I called Monday night and left voicemail and sent a text message that I declined to continue and please return my deposit. On Tuesday, the rep called and told me she didn’t get either communication. I told her I didn’t want to continue with this process and asked for my deposit back. Since then there have been multiple texts and phone calls requesting my $500 deposit back. Still nothing. There was no mention of non refundable or refundable. It’s now 5 weeks with no refund nor clear information on when to expect it. This is poor customer service and unethical business practice.

Hi, it has made a big difference in my life. I am feel stronger and more confident, but every so often my daughter‘s narcissism gets to me, I still haven’t built a life that I would want for myself, I don’t have a partner which I really wanna have and I wish I can get some guidance as to how I can manage that and I feel like she treats me like insignificant and doesn’t have time for me and that’s very hurtful, but I am doing better and I’m stronger and I think in time I will get past all this. What I got out of this workshop is also realizing my part and creating the monitor that I created and it takes a long time to reverse that, but I’m working on that slowly thank you.

Seeing the impact this company has on my own life but the lives of so many other parents is inspirational and motivational. It's more than doing the work it a community of parents wanting something better for themselves. Proud to be apart of this movement of bringing families together!
