This company has developed a community of parents who are experiencing different problems with their adult child(ren). Some are estranged, some just don’t know how to talk with them anymore. Some of us feel forgotten. There are several weekly classes and there are modules for each participant to work through on your own time. There is a journal to help discover who you are. We can only change ourselves. Not our children. I am learning so much from there classes I am changing not only how I relate to my son but also how I relate to others. I’m time I hope this experience will leave me in a better place for communicating with my son so that we can once again have the mother/son relationship we used to have.

PACT has many coaching videos and zoom sessions that help me get a grip on my own reactions to my childhood. I'm going through the modules focusing on one child at a time. So far, the modules are informative with thoughtful questions.

The educational material is very helpful. I heard from my son after 7 months of him “Taking a break” from our relationship. Because of what I learned in just the first two months of PACT, I was able to have a calm and constructive conversation with him. The material covered can also be applied to other relationships. I’m still learning and practicing, but I am better at it. My son and his wife have thanked me for doing this course.

Catherine and the staff are very knowledgeable and provide a lot of material to learn from. They are available for whenever extra support is needed. I'm glad I came across this program. I was feeling distraught, depressed and very anxious over my relationship with my eldest son which had previously been very good but the dynamic had recently changed with no clear explanation from him as to why. Getting to understand what is more than likely going on with him has opened my eyes to better understand and take the necessary steps for me to make the shift into being the parent that my sons need and deserve today. I give more space than ever, I listen more and talk less, I am more patient and present for them. I see them reacting to me differently now. They are less tense and more calm when I see them. I believe that's because they see the difference in me and more importantly, feel it.

Finding Pact has helped me move forward in my life instead of falling back into the same old patterns of hurt and pain. I wake up in the morning knowing there are so many other parents missing the same thing-their adult children who are now still in their hearts but not in person of their every day life. These are the same people that through PAC I can share my progress with and am learning to regulate my life to become a better"me"to offer to my children. In the las few months my relationship with my son is jumping barriers because I am learning a whole new "speak" to deal with him. My daughters are still breaking my heart, but I can definitely now see the sun coming up in the morning, instead of the dark of night hovering over my grief.

Hi, it has made a big difference in my life. I am feel stronger and more confident, but every so often my daughter‘s narcissism gets to me, I still haven’t built a life that I would want for myself, I don’t have a partner which I really wanna have and I wish I can get some guidance as to how I can manage that and I feel like she treats me like insignificant and doesn’t have time for me and that’s very hurtful, but I am doing better and I’m stronger and I think in time I will get past all this. What I got out of this workshop is also realizing my part and creating the monitor that I created and it takes a long time to reverse that, but I’m working on that slowly thank you.
