Roo garden apron, yeah!
When I saw the Roo in a magazine, I knew I had to have it! Arriving a day earlier than expected, I was not disappointed. Excellent quality and design! I can't wait to use it in my garden!

Meat press parts.
Good job on taking order. But then I waited 3 weeks with no order being comferm then another week I get order but only half of it.still no comformation on order as to went sent.

We were unable to get clear information from the manufacturer (which we are still trying to resolve), but we emailed you this week concerning the problem. You might want to check your spam filter if you did not receive our communication! We showed that your order shipped but did not hear from you that it was incomplete. Great company with great customer service.
I ordered a knife for my grinder and either I ordered the wrong item or I was shipped the wrong item by mistake. Nevertheless I made one phone call to customer service explaining my situation and two days later I received the right item through express mail. They were great at understanding and were very pleased to help me. I am now one happy customer. I will be doing business again with Pantry Paratus.
