Most companies I purchase from offer a better shipping policy.
Most companies I purchase from offer free shipping if we spend $ 50.00. I enjoy my purchase from you but know you'd make more profit from me, more regularly, with a more generous shipping policy.

Shipping snafu
I recently ordered during special sale. The email they sent to confirm my order was correct and I anxiously awaited my goodies. When I received my bag and opened it, it was not my order. When I emailed and questioned it, they quickly emailed back and explained that my order and another's was mixed up by the shipping computer program and the spices I ordered were no longer available as they were discontinued. Those were the things I wanted the most! They expedited the rest of my items that were still available and told me to keep the spices that they had incorrectly sent. That was nice, but I have no use for them! They did refund the money for the unavailable items. I must say, I have ordered from this company before and had excellent service so I hope this was a one time problem.

We take full responsibility for the computer programming error that misattributed your order and led to the mixup. Under normal circumstances, we would have been able to expedite the full order to you. Unfortunately, the items in question were discontinued and we were not able to handle this the same way, since those items are simply not available to us. Customer Service at its best!
It's one thing to say the customer is important, it's entirely different to treat each customer concern as if it's the most important issue in your business. Pantry Paratus not only carries unusual items but is there when you have questions about how to use them! Thanks Pantry Paratus!!
