Pantry ParatusReviews of pantryparatus.com

This is the first time I have ordered from Pantry Paratus, and my purchases will be Christmas gifts, so I can't evaluate the products. I can say that it is easy to find items on the Web site. The presentations are accurate and appealing. The sale prices are quite good, as well as free shipping. Also, communication about a back order was immediate, and they gave me the choice of canceling. Also, my items were delivered within a couple of days, and we're in perfect condition.

I ordered something and received an e-mail quickly saying they were out of that color, and asked if it was for Christmas and if so I'd need to pick another color. It was, so I picked a new color and just a couple days later it arrived at my house. Very quick and courteous.

Order came right on time. Exactly what I wanted. Very happy, thank you.

I had a question about a part. So I sent them a email they return my email within a day. They told me they would have to contact the manufacturer to make sure that I get the right part I received an email within a day to order the part that I needed very helpful and fast shipment. Very much appreciated

Had a little trouble during checkout and emailed Pantry Paratus. The owner responded within an hour and even called me to get my order through right away over the phone.

The company goes above and beyond what someone would expect to ensure their customers get an amazing experience. Very personable and just an all around great company to do business with. I would without hesitation recommend Pantry Paratus to anyone.

I have bought many items from Pantry Paratus and always check first with them on products they might carry. Chia (sp?) is all about customer service and product knowledge. I have recommended the company to others.

Quality products, lots of items to choose from, reasonably priced.
