on a scale of 1-10 I'd say 4 overall, the egg roll was overcooked at one end, some of the mushroom chicken was undercooked, the mushrooms and zucchini were good tho, the shrimp was not bad, the rangoons were bomb, the honey sesame and orange chicken were okay, the noodles/rice were mediocre, the broccoli and angus were not bad, spring rolls were meh, the orange chicken was edible. I never got the chicken potstickers I ordered. I got 3 plates and a few sides for $36. their hot mustard is pitiful! you're supposed to feel it thru your nose and brain! the server/cashier was very nice tho, having said that I would NOT go there ever again.

Ordered from Panda Express 21009 all orders was good except 1 called the store to fix it manger was great , but when I pulled up the girl at the window was very rude I just threw all my food away never again will I spend money at this place customer service is everything and I’m not trusting to eat any of this food . Crazy part I wasn’t even blaming them the order was wrong because I ordered through an app just wanted what I paid for but never again

Ordered a pick up - 2 entrees with 1 side. More like 3 sides of rice with a 1/2 of entree. Mushroom chicken - included 2 tiny pieces of chicken Black pepper steak - 3 pieces of steak Hardly any veggies. If I wanted just rice I would have ordered just rice. What a rip off! Lake Mary location! Not a very good Happy B-Day lunch at all!!

I am writing a review for the Panda Express at Creekside, New Braunfels. Yesterday, I ordered a bigger plate through the drive-thru. The quantity of noodles was not even enough for a single person. My broccoli-beef entree had mostly broccoli in it with two pieces of beef. I would like to ask the serving guy that "Did I pay less for the food or you are just consistent to treat everyone this bad?" If you do not have enough food left after 8pm, just say "no" to customers instead of serving half quantity and charging full price.

Went to order 6802 S La Cienega Blvd, Inglewood, CA,10/9/2020 whoever the cook was that night did not cooked or bake the chow mien all the way, I ordered 2 plates with both sides of chow mien and by the time I got home to eat . I was very disappointed me and my Son look at each other like the chow mien was half done it had noodles stick together hard still, I have lived over in this area for 8 years and that is the panda express we go to, I have never complained to them about the food quality before, The reason why I decided to do it now is because it's been on several take out order recently the chow mien/sometimes the fry rice is hard. I called the store tonight to speak to the manager to let him know and he was not sympathetic to my situation. This is not how panda express needs to treat customer's because without customer's you would not be in business! A manager should be courteous to the customer's at all times, I work in customer service before and I know the way he handled my phone call was not professional and that is if he was the manager he did not speak clear. he was like well our chow mien comes already bake, I was like point is it was not cooked or supposedly bake all the way through, I always get the same thing from panda express, It's not like I'm a new customer who never ate or had Panda Express food before. My son goes that's why I stopped ordering from them because the food is messed up! If we are paying our money, we want our money's worth nothing more disappointing than to want the taste for something to eat and then when you get it, It is not cooked correctly. I guess in these covid-19 situation's people do not understand the value of having a job, because doing a great job is what is required from a manager and team. When the work team does not perform correctly it gives the business a bad name/reputation and that is how business loose valuable customer's like myself who lives in the area. So please try your best to accommodate your customer's because everyone knows how upsetting it is to come home with your food and it is not right. Thank you very much !

I picked up a honey sesame chicken bowls at the Saratoga St. in Corpus Christi, Texas today. saw the photo on the website and it looked very attractive. i bought it home for lunch opened it and was so upset. IT WAS LONG FLAT STRINGY CHICKEN FRIED TO A CRISP. IT WAS AWFUL AND MORE BREADING THAN CHICKEN LIKE SCRAPS.

Unfortunately it happens very often that Panda Expresses messes up the orders. It is very annoying specially when you order lunch for your children because they are at home attending virtual school. Thanks to an awesome Uber driver April my kids got their full order this time because she noticed it and returned to Panda to get the second order.

they messed up my 35 dollar order, it was missing things, the lady was so rude, and so we contacted corporate. they agreed to send us several coupons so i was happy, the coupons were for the smallest entree possible. 2 of them. ( and it took two months for them to send it to me. ) and then i messaged them, i asked for a gift card with my money back or just my money back, they absolutely screwed me, they said they needed the receipt. they waited two months to ask me for my receipt. (and to leave a review i had to tell them my order number and they said that wasn’t enough) they robbed me and my family. i hate this place.
