I ordered at your Heartland location, a bowl of fried rice with mushroom chicken, and I got a bowl of old and hard fried rice with a mushroom chicken with one little mushroom and a lot of zucchini ( would have better to call it zucchini chicken) 😤

First visit to this Panda Express, the employees ignored the three customers at the counter waiting to order food. Both our orders were each missing an entree. Maybe we were fortunate that the workers saw fit to serve us at all. What appeared to be a shift lead called us back up to the counter for the missing food. The stale Angus beef actually squeaked when you bit into it. Three similar restaurants in the area provide more taste and service for more favorable yuan.

I use to love Panda but little by little it started to disappoint me. Today was the last I gave it and not going back again anytime soon... I don’t like going to places like this right when they open but my asked for this today and let me tell you my plate was a disaster not fresh food at all and you can tell by the veggies and they game me what it looked like left overs from yesterday. 😒

I absolutely love the honey walnut, they are really good! I think the walnut and the shrimp make a good combination!!

I don’t feel I will ever order from Panda Express again. I ordered the beef and broccoli with noodles and received 6 small pieces of beef 8 pieces of broccoli and 75% of the to go container was stuffed with noodles. That is some expensive noodles in my mind.

I think now that people are ordering more food online for delivery the restaurants think that they can put whatever they want to in the cartons for customers ordering the food. This will be my last time I ever order from Panda Express or even eat at Panda Express again. The chow mein was as though they scraped the last bit of what they put in my carton in from the bottom of an old container it was just hard as a rock bits and pieces of chow mein, the rice was as though it had been sitting for days and I don't know what their honey chicken and sweet and sour chicken is but it is NOT CHICKEN as i remember... Panda Express that's it for me...

This will be my last time there. Orange chicken was all hard breading teriyaki chk was old and odd tasting. Honey chk was soggy and again all breading. Egg rolls over cooked and must have been setting for a long time. I'll stop there

The picture showed plenty of meat but I got a mountain of rice and broccoli and 4 small pieces of beef for $7. I’m a nursing mother of a newborn and I needed that protein that I was expecting from a dish entitled “beef and broccoli”... very disappointing and false advertising.
