Panda ExpressReviews of pandaexpress.com

I ordered sweet fire chicken from Panda Express which says on the menu that it comes with red bell peppers onions and pineapples with a (s) plural!!!! I got one piece of pineapple so when I called to ask if that's the way it was prepared and it was the way it was supposed to be prepared I was told it depends on who Scoops my food which will determine if I get pineapples in my food or not which is unacceptable the product description needs to say could possibly come with pineapples and other vegetables mentioned and that was in South Strabane Township in Washington Pennsylvania the whole reason I ordered it is because I love pineapples so I was very disappointed when I only got one little Cube of pineapple

They're horrible. My folks are up in age. My dad loves Panda--until this last time when he opened the bag to find a puddle of orange oil in the bottom. His favorite is Beijing Beef. It was soggy. We are still in shock! So, I guess our family is going elsewhere from now on. Very displeased.

I ate at the el paso lee trevin̈o location. The problem was the soggy lo mein.. This is the second time i get poor tasting food at that location..

We ate at Panda Express in SM Sto. Tomas and literally just got home. The quality is too low for the price of the food served. For example, the rice was cold, and three different dishes tasted almost the same. Not recommended, and we are definitely not going back! Super disappointed—we paid almost 2k for everything, but the quality was just too p

Very disappointed with my 3 orders. Each chicken portion had only 4 small pieces, with almost no vegetables. The food was bland and had almost no seasoning. My drinks were also missing. I let the delivery driver leave because it wasn’t his fault—you should have made sure the drinks were included with the order. Extremely small portions and poor service for the price.

Worst take out in Altoona. Paid for our order, they served everyone in line while we waited , had to remind them to get our order, they forgot, then tried to charge us again. Forgot egg rolls , had to remind them to add. Serving line is not paying attention to customers. I waited for 20 minutes in line, even after what I ordered came up. Will never go back!

OurPoor communication, unsatisfactory customer service. I was in this location on Annapolis rd Landover MD 20784 about a year ago and I had an altercation with the manager because I wasn't aware of the refund policy after finding a 8-9 inch hair cooked with the steamed white rice. I was explaining to him that I don't have money to go elsewhere and no one wants to eat at a restaurant after finding hair in their food. I called the police because in my opinion he was overly aggressive and loud which was embarrassing to me. Moving forward, I go there at least once a week and between the 1st incident and what occurred today I've received poor customer service but nothing to warrant a complaint like this one. Todays incident, I walked in around 2:15ish and no one was in line so I walked up to the window and began to order but the string bean chicken breast was empty and I asked could I wait for it, and I was told yes. So I'm standing there checking emails and got distracted and I looked up and I had been there for 12 minutes to be exact. The cook was in front of me making her lunch. The manager then washed his hand put on gloves on and began cooking everything but what I was waiting on. He was cooking orange chicken, and it was full already at the window, then he began to cook sesame chicken. I asked him how long do I have to wait. At this point I had been there 19 minutes and he still hadn't even started to prep for what I asked for. He began to yell at me telling I always come in there and I couldn't hear anything else he said because it became clear at point that he was intentionally making me wait. We exchanged words and I left empty handed because who wants to eat food after arguing with the chef before he cooks it. I'll never step foot in there again. I was there a total of 21 minutes. Now I'm heading to yelp and Google reviews to give my review there also. If I were you, I would pick another location or go to Chipotle. An unsatisfied consumer, D. Brown.

Please be care of these restaurants you trust! I was in the restaurant waiting to order and I saw a small roach crawling around the rice and vegetables area. I notified the staff who notified the manager who didn’t even take the time to come out of their office to see what was going on! The staff continued on serving like nothing was wrong! I can now see why there Google ratings are so low! I’m done with this spot!
