Chicken was old, greens overcooked and mushy, rice dry and hard, delivery was late and no soy sauce or hot mustard packets!!! I was given a grill receipt rather than a proper receipt, so there's no survey info. I called and received a recorded message that there was no one to answer my call.I can see why they're ducking their customers,'cause Southbay Galleria Panda Express sucks big time!!!

I give this place (Panda Express) in clermont Florida on highway 27 a negative 100. I had to give this place a star in order to write a review.!The customer service SUCKS! The food is greasy oil dripping off of the food! Disgusting!!!!

I have gotten Panda Express from several different restaurants in several different cities. Tonight was the first time that I have ever been disappointed. As per my usual order, I got two of the family feasts. This time it was from the Winston-Salem, NC location. Of course it is all take out right now and you don’t realize that there is an issue until you get home. The broccoli beef was all broccoli. When I say that there was no beef, I am not exaggerating. Usually the togo boxes are packed so full that you wonder how they get so much in them. Not this time. The string bean chicken was barely 3/4 full and the orange chicken boxes had about an inch of room left in them. I definitely will not be going back to this location. I gave 3 stars because the quality of the food was still Panda Express.

This is the 4th time I was not able to order online and use a discount code. I have written into panda express multiple times and they do not respond. I'm just going to stop ordering from them all together. I am starting to believe it is on purpose and when I call and explain they do not offer to honor the deal either. Furthermore last time I ordered the family feast and bigger plate I had to order another entree because of how little the amount was. They did ask me to wait and let them see if they had enough orange chicken to fulfill my order (so I'm thinking they skimmed on it so they would have enough. My children had to eat all the rice and chow mein to get full.! They literally like 4 pieces each and that's two kids. Oh yes, the other entree container was tiny and it was another 7.00... i KNOW I did noy pay 7.00for that size before. Appleton wi stoneybrook To make things worse this was once again a horrible experience. They burt the crab racoon and gave me 2... doesn't it come with 3 or 4? Plus I had to wait ... jeez.thx Despicable

We did an on-line order at the 1124 Milwaukee St. in Boise, Idaho. When we got there the employees were standing around with their arms folded. We were not greeted or asked if we needed help. The service was terrible. When we got the food home, we were short of teriyaki chicken. There were no packets of soy, or sweet sauce for the won tons. My rice was cold and pretty well tasteless. The Honey walnut shrimp was very fishy tasting. Service a 0, food a zero. We won 't be going back to that store. We will use the Glenwood Panda from now on. Talk to the manager at the Milwaukee store and he really didn't seem to be concerned about our experience. I told him he didn't worry himself any, because we won't be going back. Two words for the Milwaukee Panda Express, "DON'T GO"

I went into the panda express in Rosemont, IL and it was 11:40 am and they had less than half the entrees available to order. The prices were the same but they made the container much smaller. Very disappointing!!

Went to the local Panda Express(Cedar Falls Iowa) and the store was disgustingly dirty, including the windows. I left without ordering and went to the Panda Express in Waterloo, Iowa. They have signs up to social distance. I ordered, then paid and realized that in order to leave the store I had to go back thru the order line pass other customers and leave thru the same door I came in. What a joke, given they have signs up stating Social Distancing but they force the customer not to social distance. I got home and saw the beef and broccoli, has mostly broccoli and tiny bits of beef. Absolutely horrible experience. I contacted corporate regarding my experience, representative said they will mail me a voucher for a free meal. One month later, no voucher, so I contact Panda via email and receive the following: "Thank you so much for contacting us. We are experiencing a huge delay in sending out vouchers at this time. We will get them out as soon as possible". Obvious to me as a business owner, they could care less about customer service! Certainly have lost this customer.

My regular Chinese restaurant emperor cafe is closed tuesday's so i tried panda, it was bland, starchy, small tough pieces of meat, wasted 22.00 today. Go to Emperor Cafe......
