Their food is pretty good. The sweet and sour sauce tastes like ketchup. The only problems I see is that the staff is inconsistent and sometimes rude.

Full disclaimer: I love the food!! But I can’t give 5 stars because, here in St Louis, they are always out of food or waiting on a truck. The worst is the way you sit for 30 minutes just order and then you find out. That sucks!!

Wife picked up a Togo order when she first ordered was told it would be an up charge. No explanation that made since for up charge on menu item. Then ordered beef and broccoli with the second entree being extra meat. When she got home and opened the was maybe five pieces of meat and large chunks of broccoli. When she called and ask for a manager she was told there was no manager worked evenings they only had an assistant manager and she worked days.

Horrible service drive Thur Anderson CA location. Very rude! Bowl was mostly rice and no entree. Go somewhere else!!!

$14.00 meal that I wouldn't feed to a pig. 3:30pm I ordered to go orange Chicken plus Honey Walnut Shrimp( extra $1.25) and chow mein. Asked for extra soy sauce received none, zero napkins or utensils plus two rubbery eggrolls. Old old old chow mein, probably cooked in am, gummy chicken and shrimp. Shrimp sat in serving pan so long they were fried on one side. Never going back, they don't deserve to be in business.

Panda Express should be ran out of town, the worst ever, in shephedsville ky, they give you very little meat, and for the price they charge, such a rip off

the heber panda express has been declining in service for the past 90 days...it's gotten so bad, that today, i finally just waited the 20 minutes in line *(there were three cars) and when the server had my order WRONG AGAIN..*second time in 4 days...WRONG WRONG WRONG, i had to leave, even after telling him what was wrong with the order, he didn't seem to understand. I've spent thousands of dollars at this panda express this year for my employees and you are forcing us to choose another option for lunches...

The service is horrible, they won’t serve pork because they are afraid to offend someone and I was yelled at for not wearing a mask ., oh did I mention the food is horrible and generic .
