I placed an order with Panda Express in Hollywod FL. I did not know they use DoorDash. Either way my order was shown to be delivered and I did not receive it. I called Panda, they took my name and said call back in 10 mins. 15 mins later I called back and got passed around 3 employees. One said to call DoorDash, the other said she will issue me a refund, still waiting for that refund. I contacted DoorDash Chat, got passed on to six different agents, lots of sorry and sympathy but no action at all. DoorDash is a Joke! Panda should find another deliervery service!
