Very bad service to include the customer service. No one from this company cares about the opinions of their customers after you report concerns. They only care about sales. Quality of food is not what's being advertised as fresh meats. Do your research thoroughly and listen to the reviews before eating at this business.

Canton Texas panda is disappointing. They wouldn’t answer there phones at all. They wouldn’t deliver literally one minute away to the hotel. Also they stopped cooking most of there food about 2 hours before they closed. This place needs to work on a lot.

My first experience was that an Asian employee called an Asian customer behind me to the counter for her order. The customer saw what was happening and said that she needed to help the first person in line. I didn't think much of this but today, I went in and the same lady was working and ignored me TWICE after looking at and ignoring me. She proceeded to help two other Asian customers and ignore me. I walked out without placing an order and you better believe, I will be sure to pass along my experience! I'll be contacting corporate as well. What an outwardly racist encounter, twice! Panda express is a rip off , store at indian school and 10 st phoenix az , makes money on the carbs.....rice and chow mein...they hardly give you any meat with the veggies except for the sugary orange chicken...and grainy teriyaki chix....almost ten dollars for just carbs....I'm done with the store....I have been going there for years but its getting worse and worse .....DONE WITH GETTING RIPPED OFF !!!

I have been in Panda Express in Cupertino. California 3 times in past month 1st time got home open the box and realized they boxed all the left over garbage since it was after 8pm 2nd time I told the server if I order they have to give me food for my money not left over garbage so she asked for more food to be made so it was okay 3rd time today got there 8.30pm there was nothing available except some left over garbage asked him are open said yes told him my order he said you want food you have to buy my leaft over asked him if I can talk to the manager he claimed he is the manager and if I am not going to buy his garbage I have to leave when I took a picture to fill a complaint about his abuse he actually was brazen enough to grab his phone and call a police on me. What an amazing experience that if you ask for simple accountability from people who take your money and supposedly are there to serve you they call a police on you. Thank you

Masks required to order take out? Most of the entrees were empty. I can understand those that handle the food should be masked but those on the other side of the sneeze guards should not. Good luck with that. Masks over cash? Too bad for you. I spent my money elsewhere .
