When I first used Panda Docs years ago - it was simple and reliable. NOW IT IS HORRIBLE! The pricing keeps going up and the customer service is nonexistent. If anyone needs immediate help with a problem forget it. There are NO human beings to talk to and it can take days to even get an electronic reply. Lastly they have now they keep changing their process to send a document and it has become ridiculously complicated that figuring it out is a whole deal! I wanted simple and clean and consistent but that is not what you get. However they put little dodads like confetti exploding when you send a document????????? Why???? I missed the deadline to stop Panda Docs and it was reinstated and charged me for another year. They do not allow you to cancel or get a partial refund!! So I am stuck with this mess for another year. What a mess!

Do not use PandaDoc; block it instead. Our organization has received PandaDoc‑branded emails (for example, “PaymentAgreement via PandaDoc”) from external senders that we did not expect, which we assessed as part of a cybercrime attempt. In addition, threat intelligence shows cybercriminals increasingly spoof or abuse trusted e‑signature platforms such as PandaDoc to deliver phishing, credential-harvesting, and fraud campaigns

Horrible company We did not approve these people for any order or agreement and they continue to bill us in a fraudulent manner. Asked them to cancel and they said the company cannot cancel even though we did not sign up or use any of their services. It’s a scam!

PandaDoc has been one of the biggest nightmares I've ever worked with. The UI is clean and the product works, but the support is the worst I've ever had. If you ever have a problem you're screwed. Ended my subscription, and they locked me out of downloading my own templates. I sent a GDPR data request which was promptly and automatically refused, so I will now have to either pay them for another month or rebuild my templates from scratch.

I have used this service since 2018, paying an annual subscription fee, which renewed last month. Only I found today (with no notice) that I had been moved to a lower plan, my previous one no longer existing, and would need to upgrade to get basic features I have used for years. The new plan rate would be more than double my existing rate. When I cancelled my plan and contacted customer support, they indicated they refused to refund the year's subscription fee, despite it just renewing this last month. I am incredibly disappointed at the unprofessional behavior of this company. I don't know if they have new owners, or what their issue is, but I highly recommend not using PandaDoc.
