Be careful getting involved with PandaDoc, unless you're okay with surprise fees. Not only did they require me to be on their Enterprise plan so that I could use their API, they told me they don't offer monthly plans & I had to pay for full year up front, which was $1200. Even though I was leery about that, I went forward with it. We used the allotted API credits in the 1st 3 weeks & then random charges for $50, $80, $40 for additional API billing started to hit my card. So not only did we pay an insane yearly price, they were getting us for hundreds of extra dollars per month. I finally took my card off my account, revoked the API key & lit em up over e-mail. All they said was that it's outside their refund policy. I've used about 6 months of the year paid in full. They're keeping money for nothing. Unethical company lacks integrity & I won't ever have anything to do with them again.

They are scammers... you downgrade the seats but they charge you upfront annual suscriptions for all seats that ever existed in your plan. I've requested the refund minutes after the annual payment was done explaining that I have removed 1 seat and requesting for the reimbursment... but they say they don't do refunds no matter what's the issue. Zero customer empathy. Total Scammers

Quite a good product but their CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABOMINABLE. Made a Simple error by adding a new employee to the system and accidentally added a new licence. The error was picked up within 3 minutes and escalted to PANDADOC. Pandadoc seem so desperate to hang onto a few extra $$$ and will not refund the licence which was in error. What a great way to service your clients.

Company charged for a renewal on October 3rd, 2026, for an annual service at $244.99. The business we had that was associated with this account is no longer active, so I immediately cancelled the plan and opened a support ticket minutes after the charge came through. They declined to refund the charge although we haven't used the software for a year. They referred me to their Master Services Agreement. This is the first time I've encountered a software company that behaves in such a manner. I've disputed the charge through Amex and will never do business with them again.

They would not give me a refund after I immediately told them I did not need their service. I told them I would happily return when my business called for it. They clearly do not care about their customers.

Just dealt with their customer service as I saw a charge come through for the year. I wanted to go to a month by month plan. Didn't think that would be a big deal. No luck. I think the service was sub par but we were already comfortable using it. This interaction will just ensure that we find a different solution before another renewal with them.

we paid for a year of panda doc and very disappointed. you cannot easily edit PDFs and then send for signature.

We handled all our client agreements here until recent platform updates butchered half our saved templates. Then the signature links started landing in clients' junk folders—nothing like looking completely incompetent before an onboarding call even kicks off. On top of that, they slapped extra per-document fees onto our automated pipeline without any warning. Reached out to get it resolved and support just stonewalled us with their "no refund" policy. Dumping this before the next billing cycle.
