Integration with HubSpot is great !

Prompt, "talked" me through the steps, easy to use

Glitches sometimes and will erase my entire contract. Also need to need to completely close the window to do another contract.

For the most part it is relatively functional from a user perspective. I wish there were more support abilities when you have questions.

I was a happy customer for a number of years but when I came to cancel my service (prior to the renewal), they ignored that request and tried to force me to pay for the next 12 months. That ain't happening!! Shonky.

Overall, PandaDoc provides a good e-signature experience. It will be even better if following two issues could be solved. One issue is time stamps are in UTC only. Users in different time zones have to calculate equivalent time in their own time zones. The other issue is that during process of creating documents, the uploaded PDF files sometime show wrong characters in certain corner of pages, but signed PDF turns out correct.
