Our scooter has been great but the customer service has been exceptional! We recently traveled on planes, taxi, busses, subways, hotels with no problems with the scooter! We did loose one of the keys and a small part came off and was lost and we emailed and had replacements very quickly. It was easy and we got everything we needed with no hassle. Thank you!!!

I bought the S3 for my mom and it was one of the best purchase I did because not only the designis sleek, it is very powerful to go up hill and warns you if it’s too dangerous. I can’t believe how it is Affordable compared to the other electric scooters and the design is not even close to being comparable because I did all my research before purchasing! It’s been a year since this was purchased and still works like new and it’s been sitting outside under a carport.

My son has been using the Paiseec power chair for 3 months now. It's his absolute favorite wheelchair. He struggled with self propelling a manual chair and we did not want a heavy weight power chair. This chair has been the best of both worlds - light weight and easy to use!

First - shipping was FAST! I ordered the D3 Lightweight scooter and it has been life changing for me. Light enough for me to handle on my own, and gives me the mobility and freedom to do things I haven’t been able to do - take my dog on walks, go to the grocery store, etc. The scooter itself is a powerhouse and meets my needs perfectly!

Great product - exactly what I was needed for my 88 year old father - very easy to put together - very easy to transport in/out of trunk - light weight which is convenient for me to transport. I highly recommend this product.
