Love my scooter! Has really increased the range of what I can do. The ground clearance far superior to the other devices of a similar size. Customer service has always had a live person answering the phone when I called!

Item was exactly what I ordered and arrived quickly. The item actually was better than I expected after using the battery during a recent trip as it lasted all day going thru several airports with no problems going thru TSA.

I was quite surprised with the quality of this mobility scooter. Two minutes to set up with ease. The lithium battery is a bonus as it holds a charge long term. The variable speed is perfect and has a fast pace if needed. Turns well and rides well. The only thing I wish for would be an adjustable back rest. Maybe a few different settings instead of the one fixed position. Overall the best mobility scooter by far and I have tried many different brands. In closing customer service is also excellent.
