Spoke with representative who was very knowledgeable about products and answered my questions. Enabling me to purchase the correct chair for my daughter. The wheelchair arrived on time, it was a surprise for my daughter and she absolutely loved it. She took off around the block then sent video to everyone she knew.

We ordered the Paisec Lightweight Scooter D3 and I am so happy we did. I have mobility issues due to MS and this scooter has been a game changer for me. I no longer worry about long distances. The scooter has given me freedom and it's wonderful. I prayed about which scooter would be best and the Lord led me to the Paisec Mobility Scooter. It's foldable which makes it easy for my husband to load into the trunk of the car. The wheels are strong and sturdy and able to make it over large bumps easily. It's got a light in the front and the back which is wonderful and a horn and a detachable basket! I definitely recommend the scooter. Customer service has been great too and the delivery came super fast.

The Q5 wheelchair was perfect for my wife's need. Solid construction, lightweight material and can easily be stored in the trunk of our vehicle. She feels comfortable and secured as she moves around with it and would not hesitate to recommend it to her friends.

First trip to Yellowstone National Park was great my wife enjoyed getting around on her own .Without me pushing her in the wheelchair.

I’m impressed with the company follow up. I was overall satisfied with the product. A couple of inconveniences with the actual scooter as far as design but the company offered me a discount and a free replacement on the battery mat cover. The turn radius is not convenient but partial refund satisfied me.

Super easy to order, shipped fast, great product.

Having an electric wheelchair is already helping my quality of life. I can do more without getting really sick. 1 bar can last about a mile and a little bit which was good to know when i dropped to 1 bar while in public and worried about making it back home. Delivery was timely, Customer service was helpful and prompt when I couldn't figure out how to charge my battery and I like how small it is for maneuvering around my small apartment.
