Ordered a painted bumper from Chicago / Painted Auto Body Parts and the entire experience was a mess. Their website advertises fast turnaround times for painted parts, but my order was delayed far beyond what they promise. I was repeatedly told the order would be shipping soon and that tracking information would be sent “within the week,” but nothing ever happened. Every time I followed up, I got another excuse or another delay. Eventually, I was told the part had been damaged and had to be reordered after I had already been waiting far longer than their stated timeframe. The biggest issue was the constant false promises and lack of honesty. Instead of giving accurate updates, they kept stringing me along with vague timelines that never materialized. After months of delays, poor communication, and no product delivered, I had to dispute the charge with my bank. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

If I could give negative stars I would. They painted the mirror the wrong color and them would not return emails, voice mails, or the online form. Just know you are wasting money here.

Just light your money on fire. You can lose the same without the frustration and hassle from paintedautobodyparts. Ordered part 3/15/2026. Had sent a message stating I need the part before 4/17/2026. As of 4/16/2026 part still is "processing" no phone calls ever are answered, absolutely terrible email response. Three messages before a reply. and the reply was useless. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company

I ordered under body unpainted splash guards on 3/15/26. Still waiting on a Email confirming shipment after several promises of later this week. It is now 4/8/26 and no shipment info. I'm writing off my 62 dollars, and counting it as a learning experience. Don't purchase parts from this company!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE Placed order March 7, following week they had collected my funds from Master Card and advised me that hood was in the paint department. Following week asked for an update and told me that painted parts take 15 working days and next week I will receive a shipping date. Called and send e-mail, they told me that painted parts take 15 days (3 weeks x 5 working days, that I should receive a shipping advice, but not reply to e-mail. Called several times buy nobody answer the phone and send several e-mails. Nobody replies to e-mail and finally answered the phone and when I asked for shipping date the woman answering the phone told me that she had to put me on hold to find out the shipping date. After 58 minutes waiting, I hand up. Called again but nobody answers the phone. Left voice mail and sent text message. I think that this is a rip0ff outfit and for this reason they do not accept AMX card or advertise on E-Bay, as they will not qualify. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

They will take your money and run Dont order parts from here, I'm out $800

Their website said the part was in stock and (since non-painted) would be ready in 2-5 business days. After almost 3 weeks, they said they were still sourcing the part. Don't trust that the part is "in stock" regardless of what the website says...

I was sent the wrong fender. I ordered a replacement for my Lincoln MKC and received a fender for a Hyundai Tucson. I have sent countless emails and forms with ZERO response.
