For me it was just fine. Ordered a Black Camaro rear bumper, and while it took a little over a month to receive the Part, I am very happy with the quality and price. I purchased the cheaper part and the paint was on point... and black is a color that shows all mistakes. the time i waited wasn't an issue. Part shipped un folded for anyone curious.

Got my fender for my Silverado yesterday. quality is good you have to vary for the time for painting I noticed that's why a lot of the reviews are bad took me about two and a half weeks but it came in perfect nice painted fender.

So I ordered a fender for my tundra and it came color matched perfect. Got here fast. There was a tab bent where the bolt goes on top but that was due to shipping because my box was torn a bit like the carrier handled it ruff. But it came perfect and the paint looks great on it. I wouldn’t listen to some of these negative reviews whole hartedly because I had an easy good experience with them.

My parts showed up on time during a busy holiday season. The paint code was spot on. The only problem I had is their paint work is better then factory absolutely no orange peel. After reading some negative reviews I think people are miscalculating the ETA. 15 business days are equivalent to 3 weeks appose to 15 regular days being 2 weeks and 1 day. If I could add photos I would. If you need a part painted for a fair price I highly recommend using them. Make sure you also send the proper paint code. Something to keep in mind, if your car’s paint is 10+ years old it will not perfectly match a freshly painted panel.

I ordered a bumper and two fenders. While it took about 4 weeks to ship, when they arrived the parts were great. The color was a perfect match and great fit. I was able to replace these parts myself which saved a lot of money compared to what the body shop was going to charge.

Ordered to San Jose, CA and contacted the delivery company (TheCustomCo) and met the part in San Leandro, rather than risk package theft. Bumper cover quality is perfect and paint is probably 98%. That 2% difference could just be from my car staying in the sun for the last few years. Overall: Correct part and very good paint job. I’ve seen several bad reviews and I was hesitant to order but I’m glad I did. The quote to replace my bumper cover from an auto body shop was $3,000 and this with paint and shipping was about $600. Very painless experience and never had to reach out to customer service because I knew what I wanted to purchase and knew the color code for it. Please take the time to make sure you’re ordering the correct part and color BEFORE you purchase.
