I would not recommend painted auto body parts to no one. I ordered a hood back in May. I called them to see when it would be shipped. They told me it was going to be shipped on June the 19th. Today is July the 11th and I have not received my hood yet. They are very slow. They don’t answer the phone half of the time. I didn’t read the reviews before ordering but the experience I’m having with them I believe the views are correct. As many bad reviews they have got it looks like they would do better. So if you’re thinking about ordering from them DONT. I don’t see how they are still in business the way they do business. Very unsatisfied with them. If I ever get my hood I will never do business with them again!!!

I ordered a painted hood and fender panel for a 21 year old Hyundai following a "fender bender". Long delays compared to stated completion times was the case, as many online criticisms reflect. However, after 2 months, I did receive the parts, and they were in perfect condition, color, and were very securely wrapped for shipping. The finished products look great. Direct customer service ( never a real person on the phone, only email) is annoying, but everything worked out. I would recommend them.

Well the day before I paid and ordered my part they said it would be not more than 3 weeks, well its already been over a month and, when I told them i needed it within a month they said no problem because I am in bad health and have to pay someone to install the part so I could make a very important cardiologist appointment that is over 70 miles away ( I live in a very small town ) was supposed to have another stent put in ( and told them that ) but it seems like they dont care about seniors or veterans ( which im both ) very disappointed in this company who knows what the quality will be in also was told my part will be unfolded, I will write another review after I receive the part I will leave another review or retract this after I receive my order ( if I receive it) I finally received my painted part the part was painted good but it was 3 weeks late, and I paid 180.00 for delivery through R L carriers and they said they couldn't deliver it to my place so I had to drive 125 one way to Little Rock to pick it up liked the quality of part it was just a big hassle to finally get it

Placed an order on 04/28/2026 for 2 fenders and hood. I was told 6-12 days processing after order received and 5-10 days shipping, I allowed 25 days to account for any issues. I keep being told “will ship next week” and it is now 55 days and still being told “shipping next week”.

Got my fender for my Silverado yesterday. quality is good you have to vary for the time for painting I noticed that's why a lot of the reviews are bad took me about two and a half weeks but it came in perfect nice painted fender.

Never received the part. HONESTLY, it would be less hassle if you just find the part somewhere else for double the price or throw the money out of the window on your way to work.Im not playing. Look around. See the experiences of all these people? Well, imagine how many are not here reporting their experience. I paid almost $800. They never gave me my part or anything at all. I would STRONGLY ADVISE NOT TO ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. To everyone who LOST YOUR MONEY, has been scammed or mistreated by this company and never received your purchased item, WHY NOT TAKE TIME TO REPORT THESE GUYS to a place that has the power to shut them down? You can report a bad business to the state agency in which the business is registered. Each state has consumer protection offices that handle complaints against businesses, including issues like scams and fraud. Reporting to these agencies can lead to investigations and potential actions against the business, including closure if warranted How to Report: Find Your and the business' State Office: Locate both state's consumer protection office through resources like USAGov File a Complaint: Many states have online portals where you can submit your complaint directly Provide Evidence: Include any documentation or evidence of wrongdoing to support your case Additional Options: You can also report to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) or other consumer advocacy groups, which can help mediate disputes. The State Auditor’s Office, whatever state the business is registered. I think maybe the State Comptroller's Office also. If the business is unlicensed, there are specific channels to report them anonymously YOU DO NOT HAVE TO JUST LET THESE BUSINESSES TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY

I was waiting for almost 2 months for my order, received that finally. But some of them are broken. They just ignore me everywhere
