PaintVibe.com - Paint By NumbersReviews of paintbynumbers.shop

This was a great purchase and super relaxing! I've recommended to friends and family.

THESE REVIEWS ARE NOT FOR ORIGINAL PAINT BY NUMBER so you guys giving 1 star and reporting scams aren't reading properly! THIS IS PAINT BY NUMBER dot SHOP, who are very reliable. I also realised I got scammed by original paint by number (ordered nearly 2 months ago) when I saw reddit posts and the posts here. I'm trying to get a refund but in the meantime I ordered from paintbynumbers.shop and I've already received tracking details in a few days & it's on its way!

Total scam, Ordered on April 5, 2020. 3 weeks later I got an email saying my order had shipped, gave me a shipment number and link to a website to track it. The website, if legit, always said the shipment number could not be found. Now on May 23, 2020, still no order, two emails I have sent have been answered by bots. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS

I think many of us here have been reviewing the site (Original Paint by Numbers) from where I have not reviewed my order in nearly three months. BUT THAT IS NOT THIS SITE. I modified this review as I had reviewed the wrong store. The owner reached out to me quickly and kindly to inform me of my error. I will try to get my kits from here in the future.

Love this company. I order from a few and this ones the best. Quicker delivery and communications dispite the covid pandemic.

I ordered my kit back in March and only received it a few days ago due to the pandemic - fully understandable! Just to make sure it was on it’s way I made an inquiry and the support was amazing, very nice people. In short, I loved the service, I love the product, good value for money.

I modified this review as I had reviewed the wrong store. This is NOT 'original paint by numbers' which has been awful and not full-filled my order after a month and I guess this is the store that many other online reviewers are upset with. The owner reached out to me quickly and kindly to inform me of my error. I will try to get my kits from here in the future.

Great experience and very prompt, replied to all my email from customer service. I ordered my set 8 May and it arrived today 21st May which is earlier than expected! I’m very happy with my purchase. The painting set is well packaged which includes instructions and techniques for first time users. This company is definitely reliable and very much recommended!! I look forward to ordering more. -kristine (Singapore)
