PaintVibe.com - Paint By NumbersReviews of paintbynumbers.shop

I was so bored with puzzles so I gave this a try. My 3 year old Grandson loves farm animals so I chose the Cute Cow. I love painting this. The paint is in good quality and vacuum sealed. You get a large example of what your finished product should look like when you are done and a large unpainted print with the numbers showing so if you paint over a space in your painting you can refer back to that paper. The brushes are fine to work with as well. In the past I have ordered from another company before and still have not received my paint project. Maybe someday. I recommend Paint By Numbers.

I am currently waiting on the arrival of my 4th Paint by Numbers picture. I love it. I love the quality of the entire product, the canvas the paints the brushes, all wonderful. I ordered ONE time from another company and will not be doing that again. There is no comparison!

I am really glad i found this webshop when i was looking for a webshop who sells paint By number kits. The quality is more than you could wish for. The canvas is already stretched on a wooden frame and you get vernis in the kit for example. If i really have to give a point of criticism, it is that last christmas time the xmas paintings were sold out too quickly.

I ordered on May 5th and received my order June 5th. The customer service email exchanges were great as I was worried about not receiving my order and they promptly replied each time. Just be patient with the shipping due to covid 19. This site is NOT a scam! The quality of all the materials that came with the painting was great. Will be ordering again.

I LOVE this paint by numbers kit!... I was worried seeing a few reviews saying it took so long to get get their kit after they ordered... Mine arrived 23 days after I ordered (I emailed just to check on my order and they sent me complete tracking info)... It came exactly how you see it in the videos... The canvas is already on the wooden frame, the paints and brushes are nice quality... I will definitely be making another purchase in the bear future!!!

I get the impression there are so many different companies supplying this product (all of which are essentially the same) and different levels of customer service might be experienced. My order also didn't come and I contacted customer service for The Inner Color and I had a very nice exchange and explanation from the contact and my Lion painting has now arrived. So for customer service I would give a 4 or more for delivery time I would give a 2 or less so hence the 3. The package was fairly damaged but the product inside OK though the canvas is creased from where it was folded. So I would say it's not a Scam but there are so many companies (probably many just a person in their front room) who is struggling to source and supply as everyone (like me) is ordering something they've never done before to pass the time.

I’ve had a great experience with Paint by Numbers - their customer service reps have been the best to deal with. Unfortunately my item took a really long time to arrive and came damaged (hole through the packaging that tore the canvas) but that was due to Canada Post. Paint by Numbers was sympathetic and has shipped a new one for me! I decided to try out the torn canvas one anyway and have been really impressed. The numbers and outlines are clear. The paint seems to be a good quality and there is plenty. And it comes with 4 different sized brushes. Super impressed!

Excellent customer service and high quality product! I had the pleasure to deal with their customer service dept on a small matter and their response was immediate and gracious. I would recommend this company and product to everyone!
