I had ordered a PBN for my daughter, and shipping showed it had gotten stuck in a post office states away. The post office couldn't help, but customer service took care of me and resent the piece. We're so happy with paintbynumbers.shop, not only is the quality exceptional but the customer service is actually a LIVE person!

Great PaintbyNumbers.shop. Good customer service, timely delivery. I ordered 4 paint by numbers, buy 3 get one free. The PBN choices are beautiful. The package is in a box, so professional. The canvas is already mounted on a stretcher bar which is nicely put together with smoothness and ready to paint..so I thought, however.... My plan was to showcase my canvas/stretcher in an open floating frame. To my surprise... it was about 1/4 in. off! Not your true standard 16x20 in. size and the cheapest custom frame on sale is around $50. I can hang the canvas as is even though it’s a little on the thinner side, not your typical thick stretcher bar. Hobby Lobby sells the thick stretcher bars x 4 for all under $5 and they fit in a non glass floater frame. I was surprised to find that the measurements were not the standard 16x20.

This was my 3rd purchase and it didn’t disappoint. I absolutely loved how it came out. Shipping was a bit long but likely due to Covid. Everything arrived packaged well and as shown. Will be ordering again.

I put through my order and forgot to use the promotion code. I emailed through to the help desk straight away and although I didn't receive a direct response, the acted on my request to include the promotion code. The items were received super fast (especially considering Covid). Very happy.

I received my painting pretty quickly which was a surprise. Their customer service is great! When the painting I received wasn’t working quite right, they agreed to send me a whole new painting :).

Glad to have received our paint by numbers kit. My mother is 85 and still working on it!

Jackie at Paint By Numbers got back to me within a couple of days to help me out with discount codes. I appreciated the prompt reply. Also the quality of the product was far superior to any other company I have ordered from. The packaging was not damaged in any way, nor was the product and it was delivered in an appropriate amount of time, unlike other companies I have ordered from. Very good product and I would order again. I believe the quality and service reflects the price point fairly.

My experience with Paint By Numbers was great! It sounds like they have companies pretending to be them, making it easy to be scammed. They handled the situation in such a professional, kind manner! With everything happening with COVID and having to deal with scammers on top of it, they are doing great! Highly recommend.
