My original order was damaged in transit. I immediately emailed the company. Vanessa was extremely helpful and sent me a replacement at no cost to me. The item arrived in tact this time and as promised. The acrylic colors are so beautiful and included 4 paint brushes of different sizes for the more difficult, narrow paint areas on the canvas. I already started painting. I'm super excited to see the finished product.

By far, this was the best paint that I’ve used so far. I’d highly recommend

I’ve just finished my first ever paint by numbers. I really enjoyed it - it helped to relieve my working/teaching from home boredom and stress. I sent the other one I bought to my mum in Qld. Thanks for getting me hooked. Angela - NSW

I have now ordered 5 paintings from this company and will continue to do so. Even when one arrived with a small flaw in the canvas, the company immediately shipped a replacement to me! This is one of the many reasons why I tell everyone that they should order through your company. Not only is the product amazing, but the customer service is impeccable also! Another friend ordered their first painting this week, after my posting my latest on FaceBook. I will continue to use, praise and recommend this company! Thank you!!!!

Excellent quality and prompt customer service. I had an issue with a damaged canvas, and the situation was rectified immediately and without any complications! Love this company!

I have purchased 7 paint by numbers kits from this company and will continue too mainly due to the ease in ordering, the delivery time is always prompt, the quality of their kits is excellent and their customer service is outstanding. I have had queries on occasions which have always been addressed in a professional, timely and friendly manner. I have recommended this company to friends who also have been very impressed. Thank you Paint by numbers for having quality kits and quality staff.

I had a pleasant experience with paint by number. I started with a complexity level as I wanted to challenge myself and the result was beautiful! I highly recommend it. Nada K

This is the first time holding a brush and paint, indeed addictive. Where I live lockdown due to pandemic extended and this Paint By Numbers occupies me. Glad original picture of the painting itself is included in the package, when we make a mistake just over brush it. Thumbs up to who ever invented. Thank you so much.
