They took the time to inform me that my images would come out blurry in the state they were in. Most companies would have simply printed my boxes, despite my dissatisfaction, but not Packlane! I am so obsessed with my boxes, they arrived as advertised and my customers love them too!

We started shipping gifts to our new hires to help us make a great first impression and welcome them to our Bank. With so many decorative boxes being used these days I thought it was be awesome if we could do the same! The design process was wonderfully easy - I simply typed in the dimensions I wanted & then uploaded/created the text & imagery for each face of the box. We went back and forth with support a few times but this was just to ensure that the print quality of our images was high enough for the size of our project - the correspondence was always very prompt and friendly! I had a great experience with Packlane. Service was quick, efficient and accurate and the boxes turned out beautifully! I was a little worried before they arrived because the prices and minimums are so reasonable but the quality was very high and the printing was excellent. These boxes are beautiful and we receive many compliments on them. Our only issue is they are on the pricey side and so is shipping. But the beauty is there. I would love it if packlane would issue coupon codes to repeat customers.
