Great quality! We love our final product and intend on continuing purchasing from Packlane. We hold high regards for the printing, the custom size options, the low quantity options, sturdiness of the boxes,...everything! While it takes a little long to arrive, we understand that perfection takes time :)

Boxes fit product ever so crisply!

Packlane is great. Everything went smoothly with my order. Boxes were printed as desired and arrive the day shipping had listed. What truly separates Packlane from other digital printers is not only the turnaround time and options for low quantity orders, but the real time 3-D digital mock up is EXCEPTIONAL. I haven't found any other company that offers this. It's the true selling point, because to actually have a realistic mockup of your design gives a reassurance of what you will be receiving, without having direct contact with the manufacturers, or having to separately print a die-line layout and transfer your designs over like many companies prefer. It's simples as uploading your designs, editing, and cropping as you see fit. When I say this is amazing. I have 3-D mockups for different packaging options for the next year that to the naked eye appears to be fully printed and assembled boxes. From a business owner perspective this is a benefit for many reasons. Pointers: COLOR: Be aware of the RGB vs CMYK color printing, it will sometime adjust/darken certain colors in designs and graphics. There are online tools to view CMYK version of RGB images as well as options within photoshop and other digital editing software. SHIPPING: Basic shipping can take up to two weeks, and with expedited shipping the up charges become absurd. So plan accordingly. Box Sizes: Here is where we ran into a problem, our company had in mind what size mailers we wanted, the basic size for the most popular subscription boxes. But we didn't know those exact measurements. The error was mostly our fault, we assumed that the mailer size that Packlane uses as their defaults(which from the 3-D mockup looks like it in size) was the average box size. Which lead to our first order being a miniature compared to what we were initially seeking. It would be great if they could add an real time size guide, where the boxes are shown in comparison to it being held in hand. That would be our only request. Hope this helps!

Super simple, hassle free and extremely professional. I was shocked at how easy it was to get the right product done from them, and let me tell you, I searched far and wide for this. These guys own the game. Will use again for sure.

I was looking a various company packaging services online for my first custom boxes. The third website I came across was PACKLANE. And what first caught my eye is how the buyer can make a live custom box, various dimensions, and visualize it 3D. It baffled me, and made me want to purchase right away. Then the customer service experience was very helpful, and timely when I ordered from them! I will definitely be using PACKLANE again and again!
