We love Packlane!!! we have used them multiple times for a variety of different boxes and each time they are perfect! It's so easy to customize our boxes the way we want (even for someone like me who isn't very design savvy). I can't imagine ever using someone other than them. They make the process easy and get everything together quickly. If you haven't already you should definitely check them out!

The online ordering system was very easy and intuitive to use. I tried lots of other sites and this was by far the easiest. The proof came very quickly for us to review. Once we received the actual boxes, they were beautiful and everything they were described to be. No surprises on quality (well maybe we were surprised that they were so good!). My only complaint is that they were a bit pricey.

Outstanding customer service, I can't say I've felt cared for by a company's customer service more than Packlane in a long time. Caitlin understood my time sensitivity and went out of her way to make sure my package was delivered early. She touched base with me on her own accord throughout the whole process. When my original box was damaged in shipping, she turned up the heat to send me a replacement in a matter of days. My package was delivered just in time to give my husband a very special birthday gift.

Hi Taylor, Thank you so much for the review! Caity is really glad to hear this feedback. We aim for perfection on every order. Besides potentially switching to a more careful shipping carrier, is there anything we could have done differently to earn a fifth star from you? We're stoked we got to be part of your husband's birthday gift! -Simone, Customer Experience Manager for Packlane

I am so glad I discovered PackLane. I wish you were around 10-20 years ago. I have zero complaints or issues with my order.

Seriously, I love them, and Packlane could not have been easier to work with. The boxes turned out exactly how I wanted them, customer service was quick to answer questions, and it honestly was so easy. The packaging design was the scariest part of designing my new product because I had no idea what I was doing - but I was able to just upload PDFs & they magically became my boxes! And really reasonable pricing. Will reorder!

We recently switch to PackLane from another company. Once our box was designed and ready to print the experts at PackLane found a problem that our designer had missed. They notified me before it was sent to print and we were able to fix it without an issue. Without their help and keen eyes that would have been a costly mistake on our end. I greatly appreciated PackLane's dedication to their customer service! Thank you from a very happy customer. PS the boxes came and we love them! -Jemima S

I'm very happy with the custom boxes Packlane produced for my nail art company, snailvinyls.com. Production turnaround time was quick and the boxes look great!
