Great product, sticky ink
Great product, excellent turnaround. Perforated edges were a bit tight, and inks were sticky, resulting in some trouble constructing the boxes.

We would consider your services in the future, providing you offer blind drop shipping. It cost us an additional $160 to ship to our client, eating away at any profit we may have had. Let us know when you have blind shipping in place and we will reconsider adding Packlane to our preferred vendor list.

With our current plan, our production and shipping practices are focused on efficiency. This allows us to offer low prices and high quality to our customers, many of whom are small businesses. I am seriously in love with the boxes I made with Packlane. It was easy to customize the packaging for my business, the quality is better than custom packaging I've done through other vendors, and the price is fair. Thank you, I won't be looking elsewhere for my packaging needs!

Will buy again for sure
Creating the product was a simple process and the colors on delivery were exactly what I was looking for. UPS has an issue with delivery but Packlane's support rep was responsive & helpful during the process & frustrations.

We were given a quote on 1,000 boxes …
We were given a quote on 1,000 boxes for $1.61. We ordered a sample. It was great so we wanted to proceed with the 1,000 order at $1.61. We were told that there was a bug in the system and the quote was incorrect and that the correct price would be $2.53. That's a difference of over $900!! We asked to have the original quote honored - we were told no, but were given a lesser price of $2.15. So now we're paying $540 more than what we were quoted. We went through with the order because we need the boxes, but we will be looking for another company to do business with after this order.

I’m glad we were able to bring down the price and compensate you for the error. We came together as a team to address the software bug and our developers were able to quickly fix the issue, preventing any further misquotes. With the goal of keeping our prices within reach for small businesses, we landed on this proportionate discount for the customers we affected. With this, we were able to compensate by several hundred dollars, while still covering our operational costs.
