Amazing customer service! Helpful, succinct, knowledgable, prompt to resolve issues with grace and ease, and offering an all-around STELLAR customer service experience! We greatly appreciate all of the customer service team's help and look forward to doing much more business with Packlane in the future. Looking forward to receiving our order...We’ve received countless compliments from our clients on your products. Thanks again for the best customer service experience I’ve had in ages and for fantastic products that we are proud to market our brand with.

I am extremely happy with the 13x10x5 boxes I ordered. The boxes look very professional with our company logo and tailored "Welcome" message on the inside lid. The boxes arrived before the expected date which was very appreciated.! Excellent job!

It was my first time creating and designing a box 📦 and I would have been annoyed 😒 by me lol 😂! But the patients, kindness and understanding that they had was amazing. After about 20 do overs and them sending me educational information and videos to get it right. We did it. I got my boxes 📦 in the mail, and I’m sooo happy! 😁😆😃 Throughout the process, I felt like I gained a family of people who care more about serving and helping, than money. For ever grateful and will be ordering all of my future boxes with this family! Thanks again.

I have only ever had wonderful experiences working with Packlane. Their product quality and customer service are always at the top of mind, with helpful suggestions and a strong attention to detail. I would recommend this company to any business or individual looking to create impactful boxes.

Their site was easy to use. Their customer service was quick to respond. And the boxes were delivered super fast! Way faster than the previous company we used. They look great and I'm excited to continue working with them.

Just getting started with my ecommerce business, so working on proofs for box branding. It's been a great experience so far. Your customer service has been professional, responsive, and overall, easy to work with. I look forward to a continued relationship in the future.

My personalized boxes turned out beautiful and sturdy!!! 100% recommended!

Packlane is legit- they can quickly print the boxes you need in the size you need. They were helpful and went through 2 proofs with me before making the final product. Would definitely recommend.
