I was nerves about my boxes and the quality they were going to be. Once receiving I couldn’t ask for anything more; it’s exactly what I expected and wanted! Although I ordered my boxes in the wrong size (not good with measurements), once I received them I reordered right away in correct size!

This was the best customer service I have ever had! At first, I was a little skeptical because there was no number for me to call adn I'm old school when it comes to communication (I like to hear a real person on the line). But I sent an email to the customer service team and within 24 hours, Tara answered all my questions. She followed the whole process till the end and made sure the product arrived in good order and on time! Five stars!

I wanted a short run of boxes to create a box-set of CDs for an archiving project. After finding Packlane, I ordered their sample pack to help me decide on material and finish. The sample pack was extremely useful. From there on, designing the box was easy using Packlane's website.
