Great service

Great products and fast shipping

Yes I received this item but the first time I used it the weight in it came loße and caused a vibration until it came all the way lose so I took it out then when I tried to put it back in it will not tighten down.

Package shipped fast. Everything was as stated and packaged very well. Looking forward to future business with ozone.

Great product, good communication shipped on time. Very convenient to pay through Amazon rather than create an account for a one time buy. If I need any billiard supplies in the future this is where I'll shop.

Very nice cue for price. However I wish you would offer a choice of flat face joint or piloted joint so that a piloted cue shaft would fit at butt with no problem. I believe you would sell more cues with this option.

Ordering online was a breeze; very detailed information, and clear, easy to understand. The only thing i would have liked to see was more pictures of the cues, but not a deal breaker. My order status was updated as soon as they moved to the next step in processing, and everything was done pretty fast. I ordered on a Thursday and received it exactly a week later on the next Thursday. Once it shipped, it took about 3 days to get to me. Very good shopping experience, and on top of that, I love my new cue, with custom engraving that looks amazing! Thank you Ozone!

So far so good I’m new to the game of pool 🎱 I found this website and I’ve ordered maybe seven things I got a new Cue it’s been a good experience so far.
