Quick delivery from the time i ordered to when it was received.

The pool table light looks great. It came missing 4 s hooks to attach chain to the light pole and base.

Shipping was fast. Love my new cue!

The order was split into 2 parcels. My thoughts were that the Balabushka CUE would be expedited. No matter, I received Cue several days, after the Cue Case.

I recive all o order as described.. leaving 4 star only case the product ship after 7 day's..with that been said i call and they was very polite and friendly, took care of it immediately.

The shaft is very good but I’m not impressed about the tips

I received my pool cue a little sooner than expected, and that was great! The quality is great, and I really do love playing with it. It is my new regular cue. However, I was hoping to get a 19 or 20 ounce. They state on their website that you cannot choose, and you only get what they ship. So, it is what it is. I’m surprised how much I do like the 18 ounce I received, but it would have been nice to choose.

The cue apparently shipped from a separate location, and had shipped when a customer service person said it hadn't. It's a great cue though, and overall it was a satisfactory experience.
