my dad passed away recently. 10 years ago he gave me a cue, the 5280 gem03. it had a wood-wood joint that was discontinued the same year that my shaft was chewed by dogs. its remained dormant since. i just had a cuesmith change the joint so i could play with it again. he changed it to 5/16-14 piloted. i've always wanted a low deflection shaft but could never afford one, until i found yours. now i've started playing pool again and i feel like my dad is with me every step of the way. thanks guys.

I ordered a cue with a leather wrap ($50 up charge) on 10/7. It was shipped quickly, but with the standard linen wrap. I was easily able to send it back to get it rewrapped in leather like I paid for and originally ordered. I was told the whole process would take 2 weeks. I am currently on week 3 waiting to receive confirmation that my properly wrapped cue is being shipped out. I have checked in via chat weekly and the process keeps getting delayed. They are "still wrapping". The lack of urgency on something that was Ozone's mistake in the first place is very frustrating. At this point I wish I cancelled my order, received a refund and ordered elsewhere.

I think ozone is ok but the accuesight that I ordered stopped working on 3rd day. I tried recalibrating and pulled batteries to rest it but nothing works. It will operate properly for on or two shots then completely stop working. So the product was bad, not the company.

Very prompt and arrived as expected.
