Would have been a five star review if the cue ball I ordered was included with my shipment. The ball was included on the invoice and I paid for it. I had to settle for a refund.

Came before Christmas...Thank u

Very easy to work with and helpfull staff.

Nice looking pool table cover

I placed my order. Money was held from my checking account.... for 1week! I received an email saying my order was declined. Yet the website will let my reorder and hold my money for another week or more. Bad communication didn’t reply to emails or phone messages.

Love it...great service!

IT has been quite a problem tracking this Hockey game but it finally arrived on the shipping dock 2 days after we were told it had been delivered the my daughter, but never showed up. Thankfully the shipping people, who couldn't deliver it til the Monday AFTER Christmas gave the family the choice of picking it up there on 12/23 or waiting for delivery. They jumped in the car, raced 40 miles over to get it, assembled it and are having a wonderful time playing hockey on it. It's a great present and we're so pleased that thru all the tracking and pushing by everyone, we were able to get it to my daughter and family in time for Christmas. Ozone did try to figure out where it was....all of us did...and all if fine now. Game, they say is great.

Easy to order. Quick delivery. Christmas gift, so haven’t used it yet to be able to review the product, but Ozone made it easy and quick to order online.
