Ordered 2 jump/break cues like them a lot however it was advertised as a solid one piece and came as a 2 piece cue. Maybe try to make sure the description is accurate.

It's really cool! It's great to flip the lid open, take out the cute sticks and screw them together. It's holding 4 chalks and 2 small cloths for us. It's well made.

Did not receive my full order. This is the second time too. I've been ordering for myself and my buddy so most things I buy I get 2 which i guess is less common to their packers as both orders have been missing the 2nd item. 1st time they quickly sent out missing item. This time i have not heard back yet on my missing item. Its the holidays though so ill give it sometime. The products i have received have been of good quality and as expected though. Update: i recieved the missing items..all is good. Just need to work on making sure it makes it all in the box 1st go around.

I got exactly what I needed the perfect short pool cue in addition I accidentally submitted the order twice but the packer at ozone realized and stoped me from having to pay expedited shipping on two orders. I really appreciate the quality product and a great customer service!

The item is of decent quality, but we didn't receive any instructions on how to put it together. Once we figured it out, we then discovered it had the wrong screws for one of the pieces. For the price, I was disappointed.
