I ordered a Defy Shaft on Feb. 21st. and chose free delivery with tracking. On Feb. 24th the label was created and it arrived at the USPS in Kennesaw, GA on Feb. 25. Tracking the item daily, the next entry wasn't until March 3 when it arrived in Cincinnati, OH. I received the item on March 4th. The shaft was wrapped with a thick layer of bubble wrap and placed in a box. The box was damaged but the shaft was in perfect shape. The only down side is I have an older McDermott butt 3/8 X 10 and I am told the newer shafts are tapped slightly different. The shaft is very tight in the butt and, being an older person, I had to have someone else unscrew the shaft from the butt after I finally screwed it in. I was able to use a drop of graphite oil on the threads, which seems to help.

I did not recieve the stick I ordered, and did not get the tip upgrade I paid for. As it is the middle of pool league season, and my previous stick was stolen, I have no choice to use the one sent to me, as I dont have the time or money to waste on returning.

I love my new pool stick specially with the names in it I wish you could see it more but is ok

While the order took a little longer to arrive than anticipated it was not the fault of Ozone. At least it was not damaged, and considering the damage to the box it was packed in that is a miracle.

This is the second cue I have orders and certainly will not be my last. These were gifts for my son (December) and my brother (February). The next will be for me and will have some custom work. (Turning down shaft, etc.) I may also be ordering more for gifts. The daily prices are great but the “crazy deals” are absolutely that. CRAZY

I Received the item I ordered ..It came in a timely manner . I was very pleased with the price and the quality of the pool bag I ordered. I will order from Ozone Billiards .if I need some thing.
