Happy with everything I got and the customer service is top notch

Good company

Overall good experience. The cues are nice, pricing was good, and the delivery came when it was supposed to. One small thing, I had the cues engraved with my son’s names. There is also a number at the bottom of the cue, which was not aligned with the engraving on one of the cues. It’s a small thing, but one of those things that makes it just a little less than perfect.

Everything was great. He loved the case and the ordering process was so easy

The order was fast and easy. Love the sales that are on the Website. The only complaint is the set of balls I just bought already have Nick's and cuts in the from just me playing. No balls have been dropped off the table. They just got damaged by regular playing. That was disappointing considering that I had the old set for 28 years.

The 30" cues came on time and as advertised. We can now take shots on the rail without hitting the wall in our 100 year old basement!

Second great experience with Ozone Billiards. No issues at all. Fast shipping!

I purchased pool balls with a personalized logo and when we received our order, we couldn't have been happier. I gave 4 stars only because I am worried that once they are played with the logo will come off. Other than that, we are very pleased with the outcome. Thank you.
